Tenant Replacement Plan

We understand a property owner’s fear of a tenant breaking the lease and walking away leaving you with an empty property in the middle of winter. Not only are you left with a vacancy and no rent coming in to pay the mortgage, you now have to pay to find a new tenant. However, if Real Property Management places a tenant and the tenant vacates the property, Real Property Management agrees to find, qualify and place a replacement tenant, without cost to the Owner, should the tenant placed by Manager fail to fulfill the first term of their lease. ($15 Monthly Value)


Interior and Exterior Property Condition Check*

Regular checks of your property, both inside and out, are beneficial to ensure tenants are complying with the terms of their lease and to assess property condition.  Documentation and photographs from these checks assist in determining needed maintenance and repairs to maintain your home’s value and avoid costly repairs if left unattended. 

Owner may receive a written report that will include photographs of the property, a written review, and specific recommendations.  Written Report with Photos is optional and will be provided as requested by the Owner at an additional fee of $125 per request.
